Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms apply to every KhassNet internet connection, whether provided by KhassNet directly or through an authorised reseller. By requesting, installing or using the service you agree to them.

Getting connected

We connect you after your request is accepted, your identity is verified with a copy of your CNIC as the PTA requires, and any installation fee is paid. Installation depends on coverage in your area.

Equipment we lend you, such as an ONU or router, stays our property. Please keep it safe and powered from a stable supply, and return it when the service ends. Lost or damaged equipment may be charged.

Packages and speed

Your package sets your speed and monthly price. Speeds are the maximum available on our network; actual speed can vary with time of day, your devices, Wi-Fi and the sites you use.

Some packages include a fair-usage limit. After the monthly limit is used, the speed is reduced to the package's stated reduced speed until the first day of the next month.

You may change your package; a change normally applies from the next billing month.

Bills and payment

Bills are issued on the 1st of each month for that month's service and must be paid by the 10th, the last date shown on the bill. Your first bill may be for part of a month.

You can pay in the portal through JazzCash or Easypaisa, or by the other methods listed on your bill. A payment made by transfer counts once we have verified it.

If a bill is not paid by its last date (plus any grace period shown), your service may be suspended until it is paid. Service is restored after the payment is verified. Suspension does not cancel amounts already due.

Acceptable use

The connection is for your household or business at the installation address. You may not resell it, share your login or connect other premises to it. We may lock a connection to your router and to the port it is installed on to prevent misuse.

You must not use the service for anything illegal in Pakistan, to attack or disrupt other networks, to send spam, or to distribute material that infringes others' rights.

We may suspend a connection that is being misused, and we will co-operate with the authorities where the law requires.

Faults and outages

Report faults through the portal or our support number. We will work to restore service as quickly as we reasonably can, and announce known outages in the portal.

Planned maintenance may interrupt service; where we can, we give notice in advance.

Our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost business or data, and our liability for any month is limited to the amount you paid for that month's service.

Ending the service

You can ask us to disconnect at any time; bills already issued remain payable and our equipment must be returned.

We may end the service for repeated non-payment, misuse, or where we can no longer serve your area, with notice where possible.

Changes and law

We may update these terms or our prices. Changes are announced in the portal before they apply; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
